Yes — we offer free shipping within Canada on all orders over CAD $250.

For orders outside Canada, standard international shipping fees apply and will be calculated at checkout.

What're your standard shipping times?

What's the standard quality of your wigs?

Single Donor Wigs: Premium 100% human hair from a single donor. With proper care, they last 6–7 years, maintaining natural shine, strength, and smooth cuticles.


Virgin Hair Wigs: Unprocessed, 100% natural human hair. These wigs last 3–4 years with proper care, offering soft, healthy, and versatile styling.


Remy Chinese Hair Wigs: High-quality cuticle-aligned hair sourced from China. These wigs last 1–2 years, providing a smooth, natural look with manageable maintenance.

Order Processing & Shipping Timeline

All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 7 business days from the date of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your hair purchase. If for any reason you don’t, please review our return and exchange policy below:

Return Policy

  • We have a 7-day return window, starting from the day you receive your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    In the same condition as received (unworn, unwashed, and unused).

    With tags intact and in the original packaging.

    Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues


Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
